I love this, the synth, the drums, pretty much everything.
It feels kinda indie-ey at some points. Keep up the good work

ReconCraftTheta responds:

Thanks a lot! And yeah, I kinda wanted that indietronica feel to fit in well, so spot on pointing that out!

AGH STOCK FL STUDIO VOCAL SAMPLES.
I feel like the beat could change a little more and there could be a little more variation in general
Besides that it's a pretty decent track though.

Gibb50 responds:

Stock samples yeah :/
didn't really have anything else to work with but meh
glad you atleast enjoyed it a bit ^-^

The intro sounds like it be music for portal.
The electro parts are really gritty and dirty but somehow don't take away from the calmness of the rest of the song.
This is fantastic.

LDUK responds:

Thanks buddy, glad you like it.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT
That is one of the hardest and dirtiest drops I have heard in a LONG time.

I don't really like Britney Spears, nor do I really like dubstep but you were somehow able to make me like both...at the same time. Bravo sir. Bravo. I'll be sure to check out some of your other music.

shesmackshard responds:

thank you for listening and reviewing :D

lol, dirty is what i go for!

Decent for a first attempt. I would recommend not using the default FL percussion, get vengeance essential clubsounds.

The kick like...paused...? Every once in a while which kinda broke the flow in a way, and some of the WUBS and WABS kinda got off tempo.

But the WUBS and WABS were very dirty and gritty. Good work with that

shriekelectronic responds:

Thanks man! I'll check out the Vengeance Essential Clubsounds.

Wow. This is amazing.

You really captured the mixture of dark and upbeat tone of the song, keep up the good work!

What DAW and VST(s) did you use to make this?

tomdink responds:

Thanks! I really appreciate the compliments. I'm using Garageband right now... I'm going to update to Reason 6 soon... I'm mostly using the included strings and analog mono synths in Garageband, but to get them to sound really good I have to edit them a bunch with the sound generator and effects. The same goes for the beats. Garageband's beats get really old after a while so they take a lot more work to get them to sound good, like the beat at 1:09... it took a bunch of special reverb effects to make that sound like it does.

It's a solid track but the main melody get really repetitive after a bit. Also, I would recommend removing that high pitch down-sweep. I was trying to play this really loudly but after a while that sweep just killed my ears.

DJSweetMotherNugget responds:

D: Oh dear... I'm sorry! I'll deal with that right away!

You can use my music in stuff without asking, just give me a link to content when it's completed and put a link to the song used in the description or whatever.
